Maho is looking for a full-time Wholesale Director to support sales to lifestyle, boutique, outdoor outfitter, and department stores.

Responsibilities


  • Work with existing store managers and buyers to improve sell-through performance, conduct trainings, and run events.
  • Create, measure, analyze and report on all key performance indicators, and provide recommendations to leadership as needed.
  • Routinely travel to key accounts for trainings, product demos, and events
  • Travel to and manage trade show exhibits around the country.
  • Research and identify prospects and follow through entire sales cycle to ensure successful conversion and sell-through.
  • Analyze performance and impact of product and marketing investments to determine impact and ROI.

Qualifications and Skills Required


  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years of fashion/outdoors B2B sales experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbal, excellent grammar and clear, concise writing ability
  • Superior organizational and sales skills; ability to work on multiple projects
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem and how channels work together
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Superlative product knowledge, passion for excellent product design
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule when business needs arise

Compensation: Based on previous experience and expertise.
